No more searching for ‘good enough’: self-doubt vs. self-love
Getting personal is always hard. I created this blog in order to map out my journey to a more mindful and balanced life. However, this cannot be accomplished without reflecting on the past and the idea of constant self-improvement. Self-doubts have played a key role in my early life and ironically enough with time they taught me how to be stronger. I now have self-love and self-acceptance, which I believe are the foundation to a better life.
